#PRogressSU 2022
21st Century Influence
#PRogressSU is an annual initiative driven by graduate students at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University to discuss current issues, trends, and innovation in the public relations industry.
This year, students are focusing on influence in the 21st Century. They have highlighted various sectors of digital media by interviewing strategists, communicators and influencers from across the world including China, Canada and the United States.
History of #PRogressSU:
#PRogressSU was inspired by a trip to NYC, three graduate students and Dr. Regina Luttrell started this initiative, which is now a yearly initiative focusing on how the public relations industry is progressing. The theme each year is student decided; the event is fully student driven. In the past, #PRogressSU has featured panels and fostered discussions of gender, diversity, self-care, inclusion and generational impact.
